This service returns your suspension to original factory specifications. It includes a complete teardown and cleaning of all components, replacement of all O-rings, seals, and wipers, installation of new factory valving shims, and a full inspection of the fork or shock for damaged or worn parts. All fluids are replaced, nitrogen is recharged as required, and fresh grease is applied. All moving parts are properly lubricated before reassembly using factory torque specifications. All levers and adjustment knobs are checked to ensure proper function, and each unit undergoes an additional 24-hour quality control inspection after the rebuild.
At this service level, bushing measurements and customer setting documentation are not performed.
Pricing for this service starts at approximately $240 and up per fork or shock, parts included in pricing. Optional bushing replacement and precision sizing are available for an additional cost to further enhance performance and longevity.

Fluid Focus develops fork and shock tuning using pressure-balanced shim stacks specifically designed for your application, frame, riding style, and ability level. All tuning is developed in-house using our suspension dynos, and our proprietary piston kits are utilized when applicable. We do not use OE tunes.
Your shock will also receive a custom bump stop tailored to the bike’s ending leverage curve for improved bottom-out control and consistency. Bushings will be inspected and sized as needed. All final settings are documented and saved to your F-F customer profile for future service or updates.

Inbound and outbound shipping are included for a completely turnkey experience. This service also features an extended warranty, with 180 days (6 months) on parts and 240 days (8 months) on tuning, offering unmatched support and confidence in your setup.

We will email you your RMA# and Estimate. The Estimate will be good for 14 business days.
Write your RMA# on the outside of the package. Please NO PACKING PEANUTS
Once you receive the RMA# you can print your own shipping lablel utilizing our discounted FedEx shipping rates from our homepage or from the link below!
(The shipping label will not be insured and we will bill for it on your final invoice). Typical cost for the inbound label is +/-$25. We will insure the package for the return shipment.

Note- All shipments are insured for replacement value in case something is damaged, lost, etc. This allows us to assist in the claims process.
