Write your RMA# on the outside of the package. Please NO PACKING PEANUTS

Once you receive the RMA# you can print your own shipping lablel utilizing our discounted FedEx shipping rates from our homepage or from the link below!

(The shipping label will not be insured and we will bill for it on your final invoice). Typical cost for the inbound label is +/-$18. We will insure the package for the return shipment.

Email us your tracking number and we’ll save a spot for you in our our queue while the suspension is in transit. This will cut down on turnaround time!

*All packages will be insured at replacement valve on the return shipment.

*If you are local, feel free to drop off and pick up suspension. Pleasecall ahead before arriving.

Once we receive your package, you will be notified via email with a formal sales order.

Work will be performed in accordance with the service request form you filled out above.

If additional parts are required, you will be contacted and work will be discussed prior to being performed.

When the suspension is finished, we will email you the invoice and a payment which you can pay online.

Finally, we will mail your suspension back to you!

Note- All shipments are insured for replacement value in case something is damaged, lost, etc. This allows us to assist in the claims process.
